ACEC Bay Bridge Chapter and WTS San Francisco Bay Area Chapter have joined forces with the goal of involving 50 girls through Girls Inc, this fall program would launch a Girls Summit Northern California to be held annually or bi-annually, and to be connected with other programs like Engineering Week typically held the last week of February. It will introduce girls to careers in Transportation and share scholarship or internship opportunities with them.
